Cancellation Policy

1. If you wish to cancel your order, kindly contact us at sanskriticuttack@gmail.com as soon as possible, mentioning your order number and reason for cancellation in the email subject line. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped.
2. Please ensure that you cancel your order within two hours of placing it or before it’s moved for procurement.
3. Orders moved for procurement cannot be canceled.
4. If you cancel an order within two hours of placing it or before it’s moved for procurement, a refund will be issued within 7 days of the cancellation.

Returns Policy

At Sanskriti Cuttack, we value your satisfaction and offer convenient returns for eligible products. Please review the product details and measurements carefully before placing your order to minimize the need for returns.

1. We do not accept returns for fabrics, and no refunds will be issued for such products.
2. Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged, and no refunds are allowed for these items.
3. Unstitched garments like sarees, stoles, and dupattas are eligible for returns or exchanges. Saree blouse pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Stitched merchandise, including custom and standard stitching, cannot be returned. This also applies to made-to-order outfits.
5. If a saree’s blouse or petticoat has been stitched, the sari itself cannot be returned.

Returns Process for Shipping in India

1. Initiate a return or exchange request within two days of order delivery by emailing sanskriticuttack@gmail.com. Mention your order number and purpose in the email subject line.
2. Customers have seven days from initiating the return request to return the product to Sanskriti Cuttack.
3. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the shipping charge levied on the initial delivery will not be refunded.
4. Refunds will be issued within seven days of receiving the returned product, and only the product price paid at the time of purchase will be refunded.
